Rozo Systems Opens US Headquarters in Silicon Valley
High-Performance Scale-Out NAS Solution Proven by Initial European Customers
SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA, October 05, 2015 — Rozo Systems, a leading provider of software-defined scale-out NAS storage solutions, announced today that it has opened its US headquarters in Silicon Valley. The US team is tasked with the proliferation of the RozoFS product in the North American market and the development of relationships with key technology and distribution partners. Rozo Systems’ co-
founder and CEO, Pierre Evenou, will lead the US team with newly hired COO, Michel Courtoy.
Pierre Evenou is relocating from the French headquarters to California. He founded Rozo Systems five years ago and has been instrumental in the development of the RozoFS solution and its adoption by European customers.
“Our initial customer engagements were centered in Europe to be close to our R&D center in France,” declares Pierre Evenou, CEO of Rozo Systems. “Now that we have demonstrated the performance and reliability of RozoFS, we are ready to expand our market presence to the US.”
Michel Courtoy is a Silicon Valley veteran with a wealth of experience in driving the market adoption and technical development of new innovative technologies. He started his career at Intel Corporation and worked in executive positions at several technical software companies. He most recently led his own start-up through a successful acquisition.
